Yes??

Do you want to boost their language skills to help narrow the gap between them and their peers?

You may be interested in being trained to deliver ICAN Early Talk Boost which is a new targeted intervention aimed at 3-4 year old children with delayed language development. This means children who have intact language learning ability in themselves but for some reason haven’t had the opportunity to develop age-appropriate language skills. For more information see www.ican.org.uk .

Initial findings show that after Early Talk Boost, children make statistically significant progress in their early language. On average they make 6 months progress helping them to catch up with other  children their age. This is twice the amount of progress of children not having the intervention.

Joanne Burr, ICAN Early Talk Boost licensed tutor will be delivering the training which will give participants the skills and knowledge to understand the rationale behind Early Talk Boost, identify appropriate children, measure their progress and deliver the intervention successfully.
