Due to service development, Communicate SLT CIC is seeking a speech and language therapist to work in the Blackpool area.

Salary: A starting salary of £24,214 – £30,401 (depending on experience)

Hours: Full time (job share considered)

Location: Blackpool and the Fylde Coast

Essential requirements of the post

  • Commitment to Communicate’s mission, vision and values
  • Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) Degree
  • Registration with RCSLT and HCPC
  • Respect for confidential information
  • Enhanced DBS applied for by Communicate SLT CIC following appointment
  • Licensed to deliver It Takes Two to Talk®— The Hanen Program® for Parents of Children with Language Delays OR able to attend training in London on 27th – 29th November 2019
  • Experience of working with the children, their parents and the workforce to support communication development

We are also seeking a Communication Practitioner (Speech and Language Therapy Assistant) to work in the Blackpool area. We currently have a part time position covering maternity leave but would also be happy to hear from applicants wanting a full time position.

 

Salary: £17,550 – £19,917 pro-rata (depending on experience)

Location: Blackpool and the Fylde Coast

Essential requirements of the post

  • Commitment to Communicate’s mission, vision and values
  • Respect for confidential information
  • Experience of communicating with young children and their families
  • Experience of working within an Early Years setting
  • Level 3 in education related course
  • Experience of using Microsoft office
