WellComm

WellComm is a screening tool that is used by the health visiting team, nurseries, pre schools, childminders, family hubs and schools in Halton. Parents can request for a WellComm screening to be completed by any of these professionals.

This tool can indicate if a child needs more help within their language development. It doesn’t take long and gives accurate information about your child’s speech and language development.

The Wellcomm Toolkit has a Big Book of Ideas that include activities to help your child develop the right communication skills, these can be shared with you too.
